I have just recently joined Wild Apricot and several of us are now testing our system. I have administrative access to both our Wild Apricot account as well as our Paypal Account. One person registered for an event and selected to pay online. She went to paypal and forgot her paypal information so aborted at that point. Nothing of course shows in paypal, but she still shows as registering in Wild Apricot (pending).
The knowledge base says that if Wild Apricot does not receive payment confirmation an email should have been sent to me (the administrator) within 1 hour. I did not get an email. I've since deleted her registration so that she can register properly. Is there somewhere that I need to change a setting so that it notifies me? I'll keep trying to find one.
