People are left in pending category if our website does not receive a confirmation 'ping' back from PayPal after the payment is processed there. This happens rarely and for different reasons so we need a bit more info from you to investigate, please send ths by email to support @ wildapricot.com:
- how frequently this happens
- does it happen for one particular event or different events
- proportion of cases when it happens
- most importantly, names of a couple of people who registered and you have checked in PayPal they have paid but they still show as pending in Wild Apricot.
