    Sure, no problem. We will close it down.

    Do not worry about billing, we can not bill anyone unless you upgrade - we do not have your credit card anyway :-)

    We would appreciate any feedback you could share: what did not work out for you/what did not meet your needs / were there any problems with using the system.
