    New owit-south florida account

    a few questions with website setup:

    1.. How do we access the newsletter template?
    2. Is it possible to have non-members entered in the site to receive email blast about events
    3. Is there an html template for event invitations sent via email
    4. Is it possible to have more than one boc on the home page? In other words, there is a column along the left hand side with the menu, could we also have a box accross the top or along the right hand side?

    1. We do not have a newsletter template, but you can create your own, see custom email template.

    2. The only way to email anyone in WA is to enter them in the member database first. For 'non-members' you can create a special 'Non-member level' and put your non-members in this level for emailings.

    3. We do not have a rich-text event notice template, but you can setup automatic plain-text event notices / reminders, see adding new events.

    4. Currently you can only have one navigation menu (which you can customize using CSS, see customizing menu thread and horizontal menu using CSS). To have both horizontal and vertical menus you would have to use advanced CSS customization.
