    Forum & Blog access privileges

    Hi,

I recently modified the forum and blog access privileges in an attempt to enable volunteers and the various members to be able to read, write and create new blog or forum topics. It didnʻt seem to work though. Please advise.

    Thanks.

Care to elaborate exactly what didn't work? e.g. if a member logged in and was not able to post, then can you give us the member's name. Remember in order to post members have to log in first.

(P.S. I just went to your site and I was able to read, write, post in both blog and forum)

kevin@joots.com logged in as a member and was not able to post a new blog or create a new forum topic. This has also been reported by Tandy Awaya. As an administrator, I am able to read, write and post, but when I log-in as a member the option to post is no longer granted.

Re: Forum & Blog access privileges

Both kevin@joots.com and Tandy are in membership level 'Non-member', and currently your blog / forum settings do not allow 'Non-Member' level to post or create. Edit these page settings to grant posting privileges to this level.
