Is it possible to have a membership renewal of every other year?  And if not, is this a feature that you would consider implementing?

 Also, is it possible to change the order in which the choice of membership levels appears to users?  Right now, it seems to be ordered by price.  This is less than ideal for us, since our "free" option is the least common (only for retirees).  And again, if not, could this be implemented?

Unfortunately we currently do not have multi-year membership options. A few people have now requested this feature and it would be great if you post this in our wish list forum so we can gauge the need for this.

It is not possible to change the member level order (this is theoretically possible through advanced CSS customization). Our next release (early Aug) will include an option to generate different application forms for each member level, which should take care of this.
