I have been trialing WA for past 30 days and want to now get a billing account. Your site warns of moving a DNS without making arrangments to keep email at the address hosted elsewhere. Below if the message I sent to my current host and their responce. Can WA do that they suggest, or is there a differnt method to follow?

MESSAGE TO MY CURRENT SITE AND EMAIL HOST
Hello,
I want to temporarily run my website [NAME].com.au from a hosting site in the USA that has integrated templates that I want to use for my site. However, they don't do email hosting so I need to keep that hosted at Smarty Host.

The USA site warns before changing the DNS server information to their server, make sure that my email for this address will continue to operate with my current host (smartyhost). Can you tell me what I have to do to make sure my email stays up here, after point the DNS server registary address the the USA site?

You need to ensure that the new DNS host create an A record for mail.[NAME].com.au with an IP value of 218.185.20.80 and then point the MX record to mail.[NAME].com.au

This will ensure that mail services continue with us, uninterrupted.

You do not need to transfer DNS server information to our server (we do not offer this service). You must leave it with the same provider.
What you need to do is to change your domain DNS settings in your domain host so that your web address www.yourdomain.org (and, if desired, yourdomain.org - without www) points to Wild Apricot's server.
