The first purchase my CC company called with a fraud alert. I authorized the transaction. The WA account was not upgraded and everytime I have put my information in it declines it (yes, the card is good). I choose the monthly service. I finish and it keeps saying it is being processed on the WA site but then it doesn't upgrade and the billing plan goes back to saying upgrade, so I tried again, and again.
I contacted my CC company and they say 2 charges went through on June 30th at $25 each through Bonasource-Wild Apricot. I have not received any e-mail confirmation of my purchase or has the WA upgrade been completed.
What's up? It is not the credit card or my CC company since I have authorized the transaction. I have now ALSO given my debit card information and am hoping I don't receive charges on that as well.
Is this the same way people are going to pay for their memberships/events? If so I have my concerns.
