Current behavior

Wild Apricot does not currently provide full/convenient invoicing and payment processing workflow.

Desired functionality

• Ability to generate and send invoices during self-service transactions
  
•  Customize invoice layout, numbering
• Members self-service to view past invoices and reprint
• Admin function to view member invoices, print, re-send
• Admin function to search invoices by number
• Admin function to enter payments
• partial payments
• payments covering several invoices
  
• ability to specify payment type (check/cash etc.)
• entering adjustments (credit notes, refunds)
• member ability to view full balance and pay one amount
• Same ability for donors and event registrants

COUNT ME IN FOR THIS UPGRADE.   We often get applications faxed or mailed in with credit card details or checks.  We'd like to be able to enter payments (via PAYPAL or other system) that reflect in our accounting reports.

Dmitry, This functionality would be a plus. Most countries require an invoice to shown when one is doing there taxes.  Having the ability for the member to print invoices as you describe above would add value to what my WEB offering and Wild Apricot's functionality.
