Should we change the plan into a free account plan? Then
you can easily reactivate it if need to use it again next year. (In this case we
recommend to hide current pages or make clear that this is for the past event -
and put up a notice right on the homepage regarding next
year).
Alternatively, we
can delete the account altogether (Make sure you have exported all the
registrations!)
We will highly appreciate any feedback you could share
regarding your use of Wild Apricot - what worked well, what was
missing/inconvenient. We update the system every few weeks and feedback from our
customers is key to this.
