Email Blast Not Delivered

We sent out an email blast this morning that the system shows sent to 482 members at 8:20am. But none have been delivered.

I also sent this to the support email.

I see that it has now gone out. It was 7:20am in our time zone when it was created and sent but actually looks like it went out at 8:20am. Is there a setting we need to correct on our end?
