I need to create pages that are linked to other pages but not on the menu (such as the continuation of articles.) How do I do that?

It seems every page I add want to be added to the main menu.

Yes, all pages are currently automatically added to the menu.

The workaround is to create a hidden page (which will not show up on the menu for public and for members) and then add extra pages as 'children' of that page.
