Hi,

I'd like to send an email to everyone who has registered to attend out upcoming conference, but who is still listed as payment pending. Is there a way to have the the "email attendees" feature just contact folks with payment pending, or do I need to manually create an email list of those folks?

Yes, you can do this.

Go to the event / click on Attendees / on the top right corner you will see two filters: Pending and Confirmed / select Pending / click on E-mail attendees button.
