Event management for us entails more than tracking payment, however our registration coordinators do not have the time or confidence to jump through the hoops required to learn how to import/export and manipulated the data between WA and other software.
We need to be able to sort through and use information gathered from all registration fields quickly and easily. Without this functionality, our organization is likely to look for another service.
For example, we may need to quickly determine how many attendees to plan on seating at lunch and to tell the hotel about how many of those require a vegetarian meal.
At the end of the conference we need to be able to quickly sort fields and produce reports with information such as how many attendees were members, how many came from a certain city and how many had been to a previous conference.
An easy to-use interface such as that at Eventbrite is what we are looking for (but we also need it to integrate with our membership database, something I will address in another post.)
