Desired behavior:
Ability to select contacts (members/donors/event attendees) who have NOT yet registered for a particular event - so that this list can be exported/emailed for the follow-up

Notes:
if/when we roll-up donors and event attendees into the same database as members, then this can be implemented as an advanced search like
'Event registrations': exclude all who registered for [Select event]

We are using emails to invite members to events, but only certain members are invited to certain events.  We would like to be able to send reminders to only those members who we originally emailed about the event, not all members.

Use the new group function?

Create a group "event 1" and go through the list of members to add in who you want to include.  Then use advanced search to select that group and send email.  Email will go to all - not just people that registered or people that haven't . . .
