    frustrated

    Hi there -

    I have had issues with the members retrieving passwords function ... I understand from your feedback everything is set up fine - however - this am I understand from a frustrated member the link to reset passwork is not working.

    Can I get this resolved ...before I lose a member.

    This is due to how you setup your domain redirect. You have specified www.ncmn.ca as your primary domain (thus it is used in all links, including Forgot password). However, it is not properly setup to point to our servers, instead it redirects to http://nationalcasemanagementnetwork.camp9.org

    For now, set your primary domain to http://nationalcasemanagementnetwork.camp9.org/ (in Domain management - http://nationalcasemanagementnetwork.camp9.org/ )

    And then setup your domain as described here:
