With more members, we noticed that loading the member directory is getting slow. But when we checked AIMS website, their membership directory is even faster than ours, even though they have much more members than us. How come? How can we increase the loading speed? Thanks. 

I just tested all of your 6 'Member directory' pages and they all work well from my computer. It was probably a temporary slow down, usually they don't lust more then a few seconds.
Also, did you try this from different locations, could it be your local connection?
Let me know if it is still an issue and we will investigate further.
