    W/A links at bottom of page

    I understand that the links to Wild Apricot are hard coded into the page design (below the editable footer). However, as a reseller, we are aware of instances whereby referred associations used this direct link to sign up for service and we have not received credit for the referral.

    Is it possible to edit/incorporate the links such that it is the reseller's referral url and not a generic W/A url?

    These links can be hidden via CSS Customization

    (Can you elaborate on your scenario? On white-labeled accounts  these links are not supposed to show at all, do you have instances where they do?)

    Hello,

    This might be done with adding CSS entry:

    #idFooterPoweredByContainer
    {
      display: none;
    }

    Hope this makes sense

    Re: W/A links at bottom of page

    Can you simply remove it from our account? If not, can you tell me the settings to use in Dreamweaver? One of the main reasons we purchased these WA accounts is to not have to use CSS editing!

    Re: W/A links at bottom of page

    Unfortunately it is not possible to remove it, you can only hide it with CSS. Go to Settings Advanced customization (CSS) and enter the code above into the editor (left part of the screen). Or let me know and I will do this for you.

    We do not provide any technical support for Dreamweaver or any other third-party tools. WA does not require you to work with CSS, it simply gives you ability to do customization and as we state CSS customization requires professional knowledge of HTML and CSS.
