I notice WA plan to add more new design theme for website template. Is it possible to add some theme with options to add pages/nevigates on horizontal level, I mean right below the header?

Also can we add a page, when visitors click that page on navication bar, it will be directed to an external site - since WA doesn't have templates for blog and forum like wordpress does, I am thinking to have a Wordpress blog of my own and just use a link on WA nevigation bar to redicrect visitors.

Can It be realized in new themes?

We do have horizontal menu in our plans, though it is much more complicated than adding a theme.

We do have forum and blog pages - though of course not as advanced as dedicated services specializing in that. 

Redirect from a menu item is being considered, though you can implement a decent workaround now by creating an intermediary page and adding redirect code to its header.

So new themes will only provide new visual designs, but same structure/functionality.
