Extra costs for member applications

    We need this feature for people to ask to receive a printed and mailed newsletter instead of the normal email/website newsletter. We are implementing now and are not clear how to handle this in the base system as it is, since we already have multiple member categories.

     
    What we would like is a checkbox on the application form "Do you want the printed newsletter?" and if chosen their membership cost is increased by a given amount.

    Also a question of how this could be changed by the person in their profile in a way that would let us know they wanted to receive the print version, or stop receiving the printed version, so we could both change our behaviour (about sending them printed newsletters) and also manage the charges for it.
