How do I completely delete a Member Category?

    How do I completely delete a Member Category?

    I have created a category and decided to not use it after all. I do not see a delete button to eliminat from the membership category list (there are no individuals registered in this category)

    Go into that category (membership level) and there is a Delete button on the toolbar.

    Note that there is one default category that can not be deleted, but if you have added this one yourself, you should have not problem deleting it.
