    entering new member- error message

    message says email already in use. not true....have deleted member and reentered info...still same message.

    99% This means that email is used in another member record. Use advanced search and search by email field (or keyword search, include archived records). Check user list also - currently same email can not be used for admin and member at the same time. If you still have this problem, email us member email at support@wildapricot.com and we will look further into it.
