What is the trick to displaying pictures where as, when someone clicks on the picture, it appears full screen on their computer?

Basically you need to load two pictures: thumbnail and full-size. Then make the small one a link to the full size. In current version of Wild Apricot this can only be achieved with manual HTML editing (HTML button in toolbar). We have it on our list to automate this in the future.
