Current behavior:
It is possible to set up a registration type
available only to authorized members. Then a logged-in member can
register guests (including non-members) and use this type, which
is undesirable to some clients
Desired behavior:
Ability to specify for member-only event registration types whether it can be used by member for his guests as well.
Notes:
If it is enabled for guests, is it necessary to specify max number of eligible guests?
