    Website downgrade

    Since I received the email earlier this afternoon that we were downgraded to a "free" plan since we did not respond to other emails (which is false, we replied to everyone)...

    I have since sent another one - IMMEDIATELY when we received the email from you that we were downgraded - still I get no reply.

    You ask to reply, we do - but then you never get back with us.

    WE ASKED IF BILLING COULD BE DELAYED UNTIL OUR NEXT BILL DATE, MAY 15 - AND BILL FOR THE PAST MONTH PLUS THE CURRENT.

    We have been asking for a week - no replies. Then you downgrade us saying because we do not respond to any email - which again is false. We immediately respond to every email.

    PLEASE CHECK INTO THIS.

    Please respond.

    Sorry but we did not receive any of your earlier replies/emails - and we were unable to contact you by phone.

    We did receive your email around 4 pm today but we did not get to process it before the end of working day. Our weekend duty is limited to emergency situations.

    We can not delay the billing - our system for monthly payments is not setup for that and processing it manually is a big overhead.

    You can re-upgrade your account at any time from Settings/Billing plan.
