    Wishlist Items

    Hello,

First of all, let me tell you that the system you have here looks really good. It suits many of the features that we are looking for, as we are currently evaluating similar systems to choose one to go with.

A few features that I am not sure if they are available, but wanted to ask for them as they are pretty core to what we do:

    1. The ability for questions in the event registration form to have an inventory basis, i.e. only a certain number can be selected until that option is not available. For example, in a conference booking system they would be able to select certain seminars but once they are full it would not allow those selections.

    2. Allow clients to "de-register" themselves from specific events

    3. Allow clients to cancel their overall membership.

    4. Allow a limitation on the number of tickets sold for an event so that it can automatically switch to being "sold out".

    5. Allow a date whereby tickets will automatically go on sale, and a date where they come off sale, whether or not the event is sold out.

    Thanks very much!!

    Hi Jared,

    Here is what we have:

    1. We have just added overall limit to number of registrations and we do not have yet ability to limit specific options. This is being considered, but it is ~4-6 months away.

    2. We do not have this capability yet as the tricky question is how to deal with refunds. It is being considered but again, it is at least 3-6 months away.

    3. We do not have this. Tell us a bit more: do you want them to be able to delete their record altogether - or something else? What do you want to happen when someone cancels?

    4. yes, we just released this today

    5. yes, we have this - each event has registration types (=ticket types) so you can a date from/until each ticket type is available.

Check out also this, I think you might find it useful: http://help.wildapricot.com/display/DOC/Event+categories+%28tags%2C+labels%29

    Hi,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    1. Thanks for the update.

    2. One way to consider doing handling refunds is whereby it updates from Paypal if the transaction is refunded at that point - then it reflects in the system.

    3. No need to delete their record - I reckon it should transfer their membership back to the "basic" membership so as to keep their records but allow them to upgrade back again if they wish.

    4. Great thanks.

    5. OK.

    2. You are right and this is part of our investigation of this.

    3. Ok, I guess than we are talking about giving them an option on the member profile to 'downgrade' to a free level?

    Re: Wishlist Items

Moving to another forum - this addresses a number of questions and we try to keep each thread in Wishlist forum focused on specific enhancements (and there are separate threads for many items mentioned here).
