be prompted to send an email blast to your contact database (members, past donors and other contacts). Once a person has registered, he immediately appears on your list of

Events are integrated with the Wild Apricot email distribution
system, so you can let people know what's coming up and notify them
immediately if, for example, you move the date forward or change the

When you add an event, you choose how many reminder
notices your contacts receive and when they go out (i.e. a first notice
several weeks before an event and a second three days prior). The
system takes care of the rest.
