Keep track of prospective donors using Wild Apricot's contact database. You can import a list of your potential supporters - or have them register on your website. And when someone gives to your cause for the first time, they are automatically added into your contact database. Subsequent donations are tracked in the database for each contact record, and at any time you can see who has given how much, and when they gave. This is invaluable information for making future asks or setting goals for new campaigns - and you can initiate email campaigns right from within Wild Apricot.

See how donors interact with your organization. Because Wild Apricot is a truly integrated system, you can get an immediate view of all the ways an individual donor is connected to your organization. Is a donor also a member of your organization, or do they attend your events? What emails have been sent to them in the last 90 days? You can access the full history of all transactions and emails for each donor.
