CMP Technology and O'Reilly Media are looking for ten innovative charitable and activist organizations to invite to the Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco in April 2008.

So many non-profits are using the principles and technologies of Web 2.0 to do amazing things, but few have a budget to exhibit their work at major industry gatherings. That’s why we’ve set aside 10 spaces to give away to organizations that using the web to change the world.

Web 2.0 Expo is a conference and tradeshow designed to connect companies, organizations and individuals who "embrace the opportunities created by Web 2.0 technologies." The conference comes to San Francisco 22-25 April and New York 16-19 September, with more scheduled for Fall 2008 in Berlin, Germany and Tokyo, Japan.

Leave a comment at the blog.web2expo.com and nominate an organization that's using the internet in innovative ways, and they'll use your feedback to select the lucky nonprofits to be invited.
