A quick overview of the main Wild Apricot's enhancements in version 2.15 released March 19th as well as version 2.14 since we did not post about it separately.
Advanced Search in Contacts Database
This feature allows administrators to search their member
database by selecting from the list of all fields - and specifying search values for each field. For example, you can search by member's city or any of your custom fields.
Custom Event Fields
Because all events are different, we added a very useful feature -
custom event registration fields. Administrators can now change/add the
set of fields for each registration form to collect information
specific to their event/organization. For example, if your organization
wants to offer a choice of meals, you can create fields for Vegetarian,
Vegan or Kosher meals. To help manage each individual registration, we
added the ability to view details of each registration. This new
feature works in a similar way to custom member database fields.

Member Database Statistics
Wild Apricot's latest version now includes key membership
statistics table. Users can see at a glance a statistics with an overview of
members - membership totals by member level and status (e.g. pending,
Lapsed, Active and New memberships). You can also scroll down to see
who the members are by name and email or export this filtered list.

Renewal Process Automation
To help speed the membership renewal process, we have added a new
feature - automation of the member renewal process. With this
feature, administrators can track membership expiration, automate the
process of sending reminders to members and change the status of
expired member accounts.
