Wild Apricot on TV

No, we're not making movies - and we don't have gobs of money to buy TV ads either :-)

A-Channel Morning's Tech Time segment on Tuesday, January 23, 2007 brought up our website and discussed Wild Apricot - which we were impressed with as it is our first one on TV.

On the show, Technology Consultant David Schellenberg talked about some fun new websites and highlighted WildApricot.com. He showed a screenshot of our website as well as one of our customers' websites.

The discussion focused on Wild Apricot's affordability - they were really impressed with the fact that non-profits could setup a good-looking website for only $12 a month as well as make all the website updates on their own. And one thing they didn't even touch upon was Wild Apricot's membership management and event registration functionality - which is a much better deal for non-profits than they even realize.

You can watch the whole segment online on the A-Channel website: http://www.achannel.ca/ottawa/

Did anyone else catch it on TV?

Unfortunately, I didn't - they don't show Wild Apricot in Russia yet :) But I'm looking forward to the moment when the product I'm working on will be famous worldwide, not just in Canada.
