Wild Apricot makes online event registration easy.

Events are a great way for your organization to recruit new members, engage your community or generate funds.  With Wild Apricot's online event registration software, you can quickly and easily set-up and manage your meetings, conferences, training sessions, fundraisers or other events.  Registration and online payments are managed through a secure web-based interface, saving you from the tedious work of manually processing your attendee’s information.

Adding a new event takes only a few minutes.  Just fill-in the online form with the details and you can immediately publish the online event registration form to your website.  You can customize the fields on the registration forms as needed. You can also allow offline payment processing for those who prefer to by cash or cheque.  After you've received a manual payment, you can easily record it in Wild Apricot so all your records are up-to-date.

You can set Wild Apricot to send automated registration confirmations and reminders to all your attendees.  And because the Wild Apricot database also includes your organization's members and other contacts, you can easily send messages your event to your existing community, making online event promotion easy.

Administrators can immediately see all new registrants on the online attendee list so that you can monitor the current list of registrants, review details, and make changes if necessary.
You can quickly create event reports to check payments and attendance for a particular event, and run event income reports for the quarter or the year to simplify event management.

Wild Apricot maintains a full list of all registrants so you can always quickly find people who attended certain events and send an email to them when you are promoting similar events. For each person you can easily see full event registrations and payment history, and drill down into detailed registration information for each event.
