Wild Apricot simplifies the process, allowing you to set-up messages for every online interaction. You can customize message templates and decide which messages to send and also whether to send a copy to the administrator.

Email 'macros' let you personalize messages by adding each recipient's name or other information, much the same as a mail merge in Word or other programs -- each email will look like it was customized for the recipient.
