Custom Event Fields
Because all events are different, we added a very useful feature - custom event registration fields. Administrators can now change/add the set of fields for each registration form to collect information specific to their event/organization. To help manage each individual registration, we added the ability to view details of each registration. This new feature works in a similar way to custom member database fields.
Key Member Database Statistics
Wild Apricot's latest version now includes a page with key membership statistics. See at a glance a table with an overview of members - membership totals by member level and status (e.g. pending, Lapsed, Active and New memberships). Drill down to see who the members are by name and email or export this filtered list.
Renewal Process Automation
To help speed the membership renewal process, we have added a new feature - full automation of the member renewal process. Now administrators can track membership expiration, automate the process of sending reminders to members and changing the status of expired records.
New Features Coming Soon
We greatly appreciate all the ideas and feedback we are receiving - and you can be sure that we are hard at work designing and building enhancements to address your suggestions. Here are some of the things in the works right now:
- Much more extensive customization capabilities (CSS overlay)
- Customization of emails - new member confirmation, donation confirmation, event registration confirmation etc.
- Page templates
- Advanced search in member directory (for public or members)
As always, if you have any feedback or want to contribute to ongoing design and development, please keep it coming - via forum or email.
Partnering
A gentle reminder to everyone that we are open to collaboration and appreciate your input. Whether you are designers, service providers, consultants or association management companies, feel free to contact us about any functionality you need and how you would like to partner with us.
